Nepal’s UAE Embassy Discusses Service Effectiveness with Community Leaders

Nepal’s embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has held discussions with various Nepali community organizations to improve its service effectiveness.

The meeting, which took place on Friday, was attended by representatives from the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) and other Nepali organizations in the UAE.

According to the embassy, the discussion focused on various topics, including the streamlining of services, passport and consular services, protection of workers’ rights, emergency assistance, and relations with the Nepali community.

Participants suggested ways to make the embassy’s services more effective, convenient, and community-friendly.

Hariprasad Ojha, the Nepali ambassador to the UAE, expressed gratitude to the participants and said that their suggestions would serve as a guide for the embassy.

He also reaffirmed the embassy’s commitment to continuing its cooperation with the Nepali community in the future.

The Nepali government established the embassy in Dubai to provide consular services to Nepali nationals living in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

The embassy has been providing various services, including passport renewal, travel permit issuance, document authentication, labor-related services, and emergency consular assistance.
