Nepal Rastra Bank has set the exchange rates for foreign currencies for today (Friday).
Most foreign currencies, including the US dollar, Australian dollar, euro, pound, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar, have seen a price hike.
The price of the US dollar has been set at 152 rupees 80 paisa for buying and 153 rupees 40 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the US dollar were 152 rupees 74 paisa and 153 rupees 34 paisa, respectively.
The price of the euro has been set at 175 rupees 19 paisa for buying and 175 rupees 88 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the euro were 174 rupees and 174 rupees 68 paisa, respectively.
The price of the pound sterling has been set at 204 rupees 45 paisa for buying and 205 rupees 26 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the pound sterling were 203 rupees 08 paisa and 203 rupees 87 paisa, respectively.
The price of the Australian dollar has been set at 106 rupees 56 paisa for buying and 106 rupees 98 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the Australian dollar were 106 rupees 03 paisa and 106 rupees 45 paisa, respectively.
The price of the Kuwaiti dinar has been set at 496 rupees 59 paisa for buying and 498 rupees 56 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the Kuwaiti dinar were 496 rupees 15 paisa and 498 rupees 10 paisa, respectively.
The price of the Bahraini dinar has been set at 405 rupees 25 paisa for buying and 406 rupees 84 paisa for selling.
Yesterday, the buying and selling prices of the Bahraini dinar were 405 rupees 07 paisa and 406 rupees 66 paisa, respectively.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed.
The exchange rate set by commercial banks may vary, and the current exchange rate is available on the central bank’s website.
