Far Western University Hosts Workshop to Enhance Administrative Efficiency

The Far Western University has launched a two-day workshop to enhance the administrative capacity of the university and its constituent campuses, aiming to make services more effective and of high quality.

The workshop, which started today at the university’s central office in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in academic administration and management.

According to Navin Bam, information officer at the university’s central office, the workshop aims to modernize, make effective, and technology-friendly the administrative management of the university.

The workshop was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Kishan Datt Bhatt, vice-chancellor of the university, and Prof. Dr. Sudan Jha, member of the National Planning Commission and AI expert.

Participating in the workshop are campus chiefs, department heads, school heads, and administrative staff of the university’s constituent campuses, Bam informed.

The workshop will also discuss and provide training on the use of modern technology and artificial intelligence to make administrative work more effective, organized, and technology-friendly.
