Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited has paid a claim of Rs 50 million to Hari Prasad Kafle under the total disability facility. Kafle had taken a 20-year life insurance policy worth Rs 1 crore under the Reliable Sulabh Jeevan Bima Yojana from the company’s Kathmandu branch in 2076 BS.
Along with the insurance policy, Kafle had also taken an additional security facility of Rs 50 million under the total disability facility. Recently, Kafle was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, and after verifying that his condition met the criteria for the total disability facility, the company paid the claim of Rs 50 million.
With this claim payment, Kafle has also received a waiver of his insurance premium worth Rs 50 million. Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited has been providing prompt, transparent, and reliable claim settlement services to its policyholders.
