Nepal’s ministers have gathered at Singh Durbar to discuss the current situation in Sunsari and Madhes districts.
The meeting, which includes ministers from the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs, and General Administration, comes amid the ongoing unrest in the region.
Prime Minister Balendra Shah is expected to address the nation shortly.
The Home Ministry is also holding talks with security agencies and religious leaders to find a solution to the crisis.
