Nepal’s Passport Department Extends Application Deadline for EPS

The Passport Department has decided to keep the application form for passports open until Ashar 18, 2083, considering the convenience of service recipients.

The department has made this decision taking into account the public holidays on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as the extended deadline for applying for the Employment Permit System (EPS) in South Korea, which was announced by the Foreign Employment Department on Shrawan 14, 2083.

The Passport Department had previously kept the application form open, considering the pressure of Nepali service recipients applying for the EPS.

Application Process

According to the department, service recipients must be present at the department on the specified date and time to receive passport-related services under the newly opened form.

The department has requested service recipients to be present at the department on the date and time mentioned in the application form to receive passport services.

The Passport Department has made this arrangement with the aim of streamlining the service flow, taking into account the convenience and needs of service recipients.
