Nepal’s Ministry of Finance has formed a committee to study and suggest reforms in the insurance sector. The committee, formed under the chairmanship of Sushil Kumar Ojha, comprises three members, including Sahadev Tiwari and Shrikrishna Thapa Magar.
Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle made the decision to form the committee, which has been given 90 days to submit its report and suggestions for reforming the insurance sector.
The move is seen as a step towards improving the insurance sector in Nepal, which has been facing various challenges in recent years.
